Two goals in the closing minutes gave Kilmarnock a 2-1 win against relegated Dunfermline to ensure that Kenny Shiels' side finished the season in seventh place.

Paul Willis gave the Pars the lead but Liam Kelly equalised and Jude Winchester struck in the last minute to leave Dunfermline with just one home victory to their name in 2011/12.

Inverness CT signed off on a high with a 2-0 win over Scottish Cup finalists Hibernian thanks to second-half goals from Greg Tansey and Jonny Hayes (penalty) at the Caledonian Stadium.

Long-serving Darren Mackie played his final game for Aberdeen but the Dons had to settle for a ninth-place finish for the third year in a row after a 0-0 draw with St Mirren at Pittodrie.

The last round of top-six fixtures take place on Sunday at 12.30pm. Celtic will receive the trophy following their match with Hearts, St Johnstone host Rangers and Motherwell entertain Dundee United, with admission prices at Fir Park cut to £5.
