McGuigan leads SPFL scoring charts

Stenhousemuir striker Mark McGuigan is the leading scorer in the SPFL this season, with 15 Ladbrokes League 2 goals so far.

He is two ahead of Albion Rovers' Alan Trouten, who netted twice at Stranraer in midweek to take him to the top of the Ladbrokes League 1 scoring charts, while Ayr United pair Lawrence Shankland and Craig Moore have both found the net 12 times.

Darren Smith of Stirling Albion has scored 12 goals while Rory McAllister (Peterhead) and Lewis Vaughan (Raith Rovers) have also reached double figures.

Rangers forward Alfredo Morelos is top scorer in the Ladbrokes Premiership with nine goals and Queen of the South's Stephen Dobbie leads the way in the Championship, also on nine.
