BELL'S Manager of the Month, Second Division: Rowan Alexander, Gretna F.C.

BELL'S Manager of the Month, Third Division: John Coughlin, Berwick Rangers F.C.

BELL'S Player of the Month: John Sutton, St. Mirren F.C.

BELL'S Young Player of the Month: Bryan Deasley, Dundee F.C.

BELL'S Manager of the Month, First Division: Owen Coyle, St Johnstone F.C.

St. Johnstone manager Owen Coyle has won the BELL'S Manager of the Month (First Division) award.

He was previously recognised by BELL'S for his achievements as a player at four different clubs, namely St. Johnstone, Falkirk, Airdrieonians and Dunfermline Athletic and was BELL'S Player of the Year in both 2001/02 (Airdrieonians) and 2002/03 (Falkirk). This, however, is his first award as Manager.

Iain Macdonald, BELL'S Sponsorship Manager, comments, "Owen amassed quite a collection of BELL'S awards throughout his playing career. As manager, he has led St Johnstone through a successful month and the judges now feel his success in this field also deserves recognition."

BELL'S Manager of the Month, Second Division: Rowan Alexander, Gretna F.C.

It will come as no surprise to those following Gretna's fortunes that Manager Rowan Alexander has won the BELL'S Manager of the Month (Second Division) for the month of March.

Rowan is BELL'S most regular winner this season, and this March award is his fifth of the season!

He has led Gretna through a highly successful season, taking them all the way to the final of the Scottish Cup. They are the first club in Britain to win a League Championship this season, as well as being the first to score 100 domestic goals.

Rowan has previously won the BELL'S award in September, October, January, February and March this season, an incredible five wins out of a possible seven.

Iain MacDonald, BELL'S Sponsorship Manager, comments, "Rowan's management skills this season have taken Gretna from strength to strength and the team's performance in both League and Cup games throughout the season has been consistently high. He was a natural choice for this award."

BELL'S Manager of the Month, Third Division: John Coughlin, Berwick Rangers F.C.

Berwick Rangers manager John Coughlin has won the BELL'S Manager of the Month (Third Division) for the month of March.

This is his second award of the season, the other having been won in September.

John has led Berwick through a successful month in March and the team are now riding high near the top of the Third Division.

Iain Macdonald, BELL'S Sponsorship manager, comments, "Berwick Rangers' run of unbeaten games during March was very impressive, and judges felt this was in a large part due to John's dedication and management skills."

BELL'S Player of the Month: John Sutton, St. Mirren F.C.

John Sutton of St. Mirren F.C. has once again been awarded the BELL'S Player of the Month trophy.

John, 22, is one of the First Division's top scorers, with 14 goals under his belt this season including a hat-trick. This trophy follows his previous BELL'S wins with St Mirren in November 2005 and Raith Rovers before that. Forward Sutton has formed a strong partnership with Sean Kean and together they have powered St Mirren from strength to strength this season.

Iain Macdonald, BELL'S Sponsorship manager, comments, "John has been in superb form this season and his impressive goal performance has been a significant factor in the rise of St Mirren FC through the First Division."

BELL'S Young Player of the Month: Bryan Deasley, Dundee F.C.

Bryan Deasley of Dundee F.C. has been awarded the Young Player of the Month trophy for the second successive month.

Dundee's young players have taken turns to win in this category of BELL'S award for the last four months, with Craig O'Reilly winning in December and Scott Murray taking the award in January. Now Deasley has won the award twice in a row.

After graduating from Dundee's under-16 youth team, Dundee-born Deasley was propelled into the first team, scoring two Scottish Cup goals and one league goal.

Iain Macdonald, BELL'S Sponsorship manager, comments, "Dundee's young players are certainly full of potential. Bryan has contributed greatly to his team's fortunes since joining the team, and the judges felt he deserved this award for the second consecutive month."

The judging panel for the BELL'S Monthly Awards consists of representatives from the Scottish media.
