Stranraer have agreed a deal with former Queen of the South, Stirling Albion, Partick Thistle and Arbroath central defender or midfielder Scott Robertson.
The 25-year-old, who came on as substitute in the Doonhamers 2008 Scottish Cup Final against Rangers, played in over 30 games for the Red Lichties last season however he was not offered a new deal by Gayfield boss Paul Sheerin.
Blues boss Stephen Aitken said: “Scott has been in my sights since I knew that he was available. I am sure that he will become a key member of the Stranraer squad this season.”
