Recently appointed Brechin City manager Jim Weir has signed defender Gerry McLauchlan for a third time after taking the former Queen of the South to Glebe Park. McLachlan, who has signed a one year deal also played for Weir at Montrose and Arbroath.
McLauchlan will be joined by other familiar faces with Hibs defenders Ewan Moyes and Callum Booth, who were both on loan at Gayfield last season, have moved north on six month loan deals.
Full back Richard Walker is leaving Brechin to join up with former City boss Michael O'Neil at Shamrock Rovers.
