Gary Warren slams in great header: Should ICT have scored more goals?

Inverness CT defender Gary Warren powers in a header to equalise for his team during the 2-1 defeat to Partick Thistle at the Caledonian Stadium in the SPFL Scottish Premiership. ICT dominated the goal but this was the only goal they scored - should they have made more of their chances?
