Forfar Athletic have signed midfielder Thomas Reilly from Elgin City on a one-year contract.
The 23-year-old former St Mirren player is reunited with Loons boss Jim Weir, who previously took him to Borough Briggs.
The Station Park outfit have also snapped up defender Darren Whyte - the 21-year-old spent time on loan from St Mirren last season.
