The 23-year-old joins the Bully Wee on a two-year deal from Lowland League champions East Kilbride ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
Manager Danny Lennon told the club website: “We have been pleased with what he has shown in his time on trial - we see a great deal of potential in him and believe we have the right coaching team and senior playing staff to help him progress his career."
