New Dumbarton manager Stevie Aitken has wasted no time in making his first signings, just 24 hours after taking over at the Championship club.
Former Celtic midfielder Grant Gallagher arrives from Stranraer and ex-Airdrie defender Gregor Buchanan makes the move from Dunfermline.
Aitken told the Dumbarton website: "Grant is a good player and did well for me at Stranraer. He's got a great engine and will be a good asset for us in the middle of the park.
"Gregor will be a welcome addition to the squad and I'm delighted to have him at Dumbarton - a lot of clubs were after him."
