Stranraer manager Stephen Aitken is set to re-sign his younger brother Chris.
The 33-year-old proved his fitness after being out for over six months with an ankle injury and scored in a recent friendly against Shildon.
Manager Aitken said: “We missed his experience and his goals from midfield in the second half of last season. He may not be ready for this Saturday’s game with Dumbarton but he is not far away.”
