Albion Rovers manager Paul Martin is closing in on his one-time Queen’s Park team mate Ross Clark and looks set to add the goalscoring midfielder to his newly promoted squad. The 28 year old is presently on honeymoon however, Martin is confident that he will put pen to paper on a deal at Cliftonhill when he returns following his release from Stenhousemuir.
Martin said, “I knew Ross when he was a kid at Queen’s Park before he moved on to Alloa, Dumbarton and Stenhousemuir and I am hoping I can work with him again. His signing would be further confirmation that our club is moving in the right direction.”
