Annan are keen to bring Newcastle United youngster Steven Logan back on loan despite his initial spell at the club being cut short by injury.
The 19-year-old midfielder broke a metatarsal in training but manager Jim Chapman had seen enough in his initial three-game spell to be impressed.
Chapman said: "Steven is close to full fitness again and we would like to see him back here. He was gaining great experience playing in our first team and hopefully Newcastle will be agreeable that he can come back."
