Arbroath have agreed terms with former Brechin City defender Graham Hay.
Hay makes the switch to Gayfield from Highland League side Formartine United as manager Todd Lumsden looks ahead to the 2015/16 campaign.
The Red Lichties finished third in League 2 in the season just ended but were beaten by Queen's Park in the play-off semi-finals.
