Annan Athletic forward Smart Osadolor has been voted Ladbrokes League 2 Player of the Month for August after an impressive start at Galabank.
The 24-year-old, born in Nigeria, was on the books at Partick Thistle earlier in his career and spent time in the United States before joining Jim Chapman’s side this summer
He scored four times last month, netting in the 1-1 draw with Stirling Albion and the 3-1 defeat at East Stirlingshire before grabbing a double in the 3-2 victory over Montrose.
The Ladbrokes monthly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Month selected for each of the four divisions.
