Hamilton are celebrating a double BELL'S win before their clash in the BELL'S Cup Final next month (6th November) as Manager Billy Reid picks up First Division Manager of the Month and player Brian Carrigan wins Player of the Month.

Manager Billy, a winner with Clyde in August 2004, has lost only one game in BELL'S competitive fixtures this season, and has steered Hamilton to their third Cup Final appearance in 14 seasons. He has the unique distinction of winning a cup medal with the club in 1991.

Brian completed the double for Hamilton with the September Player of the Month award. The 26-year-old, formerly with Clyde, Stockport, Clydebank and Raith Rovers is the club's leading scorer with five goals so far this season.

Iain MacDonald, BELL'S Sponsorship Manager, comments: "Billy and Brian have put in outstanding performances this season and have both contributed to Hamilton securing a place in the BELL'S Cup Final next month."

The judging panel for the BELL'S Monthly Awards consisted of representatives from the Scottish media.
