Robbie Neilson has been voted Manager of the Month and midfielder Calum Butcher was named Player of the Month.
United beat Alloa Athletic, Arbroath, Morton and Ayr United to take their winning run to nine games before a 1-1 draw in the Dundee derby to end the year.
Butcher has been an important player for the Tannadice club, who have a 14-point lead at the top of the table going into Saturday's game at Partick Thistle.
