The 21-year-old striker joins on loan from Ipswich Town until the end of the season, having previously played for Waterford and Sutton United.
Kerr told the club website: "Aaron really impressed us at training and fitted in with the rest of the team straight away. He is a different striker to what we have - he has good height and will be able to stretch the game for us."
