The 24-year-old, who was capped by Scotland at U21 level, made a scoring debut on Tuesday when he netted the only goal in the 1-0 win over Stranraer.
McManus has also previously played for Aberdeen, Alloa Athletic, Morton, Fleetwood Town, Raith Rovers and Dunfermline Athletic.
