Michael Beale has been named Scottish Premiership Glen's Manager of the Month for December on the back of four wins out of four last month.
The former Ibrox No 2 replaced Giovanni van Bronckhorst after leaving Queens Park Rangers and made a winning start to his time in charge.
Beale led Rangers to 3-2 comeback victories over Hibernian and Aberdeen while the Light Blues also defeated Ross County (1-0) and Motherwell (3-0) in December.
