Berwick Rangers are hoping to tie Lee Currie and Darren Lavery to the club for next season but know they are facing a tough challenge.

Midfielder Currie and frontman Lavery netted 35 goals between them in 2013/14 and player/boss Colin Cameron said: “We rejected offers for the players when I was just through the door in January and I know clubs are still looking at them.

“We have given them the opportunity to be here next season but they fancy a crack at full-time football - if that opportunity arises they will leave with our best wishes.”
