Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz has brought in left-back Jordan Lowdon and striker Lewis Hawke for the 2019/20 season.
Lowdon joins from Elgin City, having previously played for Arbroath and Clyde, while former Morton forward Hawke arrives from Queen's Park.
