Stirling Albion have parted company with manager Stuart McLaren in the wake of Saturday's 4-0 home defeat to Elgin City.
The former Loughborough University coach – who had a spell as a player at Forthbank during the 1990s - had been in charge since replacing Greig McDonald in November 2014.
However, the Binos could only finish seventh in Ladbrokes League 2 last season and are currently second from bottom with only one win from seven games.
A club statement read: "Following today’s home defeat by Elgin, the club has announced that it has parted company with manager Stuart McLaren by mutual consent."
