Stranraer have signed former St. Mirren and Stirling Albion striker David McKenna who has just been released by Brechin City.
The 26-year-old scored on his debut as a 16-year-old schoolboy for the Saints back in April 2003 and he spent 4 seasons in Paisley before playing over 100 times for Stirling and then passing a similar landmark with the Glebe Park side.
Stair Park boss Stephen Aitken said: “It was a surprise to me when David was allowed to leave Brechin but as soon as I heard I went racing for his signature. He is a player I have admired for some time and I am delighted to have persuaded him to sign for Stranraer.”
