Airdrieonians boss Gary Bollan has been named League 1 Manager of the Month for December, when the team were unbeaten in all four matches.
Following back-to-back league defeats, Bollan kicked off the Diamonds’ revival with a 1-1 draw at Brechin, which was followed by a 3-1 victory at home to Dunfermline and a 1-1 draw at Forfar.
Bollan’s Airdrie, who travel to East End Park this weekend, completed an excellent month’s work with a 3-0 win against Ayr United at the Excelsior Stadium.
It’s a third SPFL managerial award at Airdrieonians for Bollan, who was also named League 1 Manager of the Month for March and April 2014.
