East Stirling defender Michael Bolochoweckyj has put pen to paper on a contract extension that will see him remain at the Shire until the end of next season.
Head coach John Coughlin made re-signing Bolochoweckyj a priority when he started drawing up plans for next season and his board have backed him.
Coughlin said: “Michael has been outstanding in our defence alongside Chris Townsley who was already signed up. For Michael to commit so early is terrific in terms of stating our intentions for the future.”
Shire secretary Tadek Kopszywa added: “We are really delighted at Michael’s decision as he is a real hero at the club. He scored the last ever goal at Firs Park when he was he here before and is well loved by everyone here for that.”
