A review of today's games in the Ladbrokes Premiership...

Hibernian are up to fifth place in the Ladbrokes Premiership after beating Hearts 2-0 at Tynecastle in the lunchtime game. Martin Boyle's first-half double leaves the home side three points adrift at the bottom of the table.

Celtic stay five points clear at the top after a 2-1 victory over St Mirren in Paisley thanks to goals from Callum McGregor and James Forrest. Cammy MacPherson pulled one back for Saints in the closing minutes.

Rangers kept up the pressure with a 1-0 defeat of Kilmarnock at Ibrox, with substitute Alfredo Morelos scoring the only goal after 65 minutes.

Third-placed Motherwell hit back to beat Ross County 2-1 in Dingwall. Blair Spittal opened the scoring but the Staggies had Lewis Spence sent off and Ross MacIver equalised against his former club. Declan Gallagher grabbed the winner in stoppage time.

Aberdeen were 2-1 winners against Livingston at Pittodrie with goals from Connor McLennan and Bruce Anderson. Lyndon Dykes struck for Livi late on.

St Johnstone earned an important 1-0 win away to Hamilton Accies thanks to an 80th-minute goal from Ali McCann to move to within four points of the top six.
