Brechin City manager Darren Dods has made his first signings since taking over from Ray McKinnon at Glebe Park last month.
Striker Kevin Buchan, 20, makes the move from Arbroath, having previously played for Dundee and Peterhead, while fellow forward Jamie Montgomery, 19, arrives from Dundee United.
Midfielder James Dale, 21, was a team-mate of Dods at Forfar last season and takes to 14 the number of players under contract for 2015/16.
