Celtic midfielder Scott Brown was the matchwinner as Scotland defeated Poland 1-0 in a Warsaw friendly on Wednesday evening.
The Scotland skipper, who was joined in the starting line-up by Parkhead team-mate Charlie Mulgrew, lashed the ball home from the edge of the area with 13 minutes left.
It was also a memorable night for Dundee United full-back Andrew Robertson, who made his debut as a substitute midway through the second half.
Meanwhile, Scotland's U21 side drew 2-2 with Hungary in a friendly at Tannadice. Billy Stark's team were two goals ahead through ex-Aberdeen winger Ryan Fraser, who is now with Bournemouth, and Celtic's Callum McGregor, on loan at Notts County, but the visitors hit back.
