Celtic skipper Scott Brown has been voted Ladbrokes Premiership Player of the Year for 2016/17.
The 31-year-old has been at Parkhead for a decade since making the move from Hibernian and has been in outstanding form for Brendan Rodgers’ side this season.
Brown has been a key performer in the middle of the park, with Celtic now just one game away from completing the Premiership campaign unbeaten. His only goal of the league season so far was the winner against Dundee at Dens Park back in October.
The Ladbrokes yearly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Year selected for each of the four divisions.
