Bully Wee lose Gilfillan

Experienced campaigner leaves Broadwood due to new work commitments

Bryan Gilfillan in action for ClydeClyde have lost the experienced Bryan Gilfillan from their pool after a change in employment saw the former Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Cowdenbeath and Annan player unable to continue training and playing for the Bully Wee.

Broadwood boss Jim Duffy said: “Bryan was given a great job offer from an offshore firm which involves him undertaking training for five weeks then having a working pattern of two weeks on and two weeks off.”

“Bryan was a great option to have as he was a versatile player and had strength and game experience. He also had an on the field presence that helped us during his games here and it is disappointing to see him go.”
