Celtic have completed the signing of Nadir Ciftci from Dundee United, with the striker agreeing a four-year deal with the Premiership champions.
The 23-year-old former Portsmouth player had spent the last two seasons at Tannadice after moving to Scotland from NAC Breda in Holland.
Ciftci is Ronny Deila's fourth summer signing, with Dedryck Boyata (Manchester City), Saidy Janko (Manchester United) and Logan Bailly (Leuven) also moving to Parkhead.
He told the club website: "Celtic was my first choice - hopefully we can get by in the UEFA Champions League rounds because that is the biggest stage and that’s where Celtic belong. I want to have a part of it with this big club so that’s why I chose here.
“I know my qualities and the things I need to work on and the manager knows it as well - I’m sure I’ll get better and better every day I’m here."
