Substitute Moussa Dembele scored Celtic's third goal and added a late fourth after Oli Shaw had come off the bench to give Hibs hope with a 70th-minute goal.
Rangers and Motherwell meet tomorrow, live on BT Sport at 2.30pm, for the right to play Celtic in the final on Sunday November 26.
