The Ivory Coast forward, who turns 22 on Thursday, was previously with Etoile du Sahel in Tunisia and has been in prolific form this season.
He is the third new signing made by Celtic this month following the arrivals of Oliver Burke (West Bromwich Albion, loan) and Timothy Weah (Paris Saint Germain, loan).
