Celtic lift cinch Premiership title on Trophy Day

Celtic celebrated getting their hands on the cinch Premiership trophy with a 3-2 home win over St. Mirren.

Mark O'Hara scored a double for the visitors with Matt O'Riley, Kyogo Furuhashi and Luis Palma on target for Brendan Rodgers' men.

The match also signalled Joe Hart's final Celtic Park appearance and the former England international was given a standing ovation as he left the field on 88 minutes.

On the final day of top-six action, Heart of Midlothian and Rangers traded six goals in a thrilling encounter at Tynecastle as the game finished 3-3.

Dundee and Kilmarnock played out a 1-1 draw on Tayside with the visitors able to celebrate qualification for next season's Europa League qualifiers.
