The Parkhead club needed just a point to get over the line but did in style thanks to a double from Matt O'Riley and goals from Adam Idah, Daizen Maeda and James Forrest.
Celtic will receive the Premiership trophy after Saturday's home game against St Mirren, which will be shown live on Sky Sports with a 12.30pm kick-off.
In tonight's other top-flight matches, Aberdeen saw off relegated Livingston 5-1 at Pittodrie and Hibernian defeated Motherwell 3-0 at Easter Road.
St Mirren and Heart of Midlothian drew 2-2 in Paisley while it finished 1-1 between relegation-threatened St Johnstone and Ross County at McDiarmid Park.
