Celtic have signed striker Jo Inge Berget on loan from Cardiff City until January, with an option to buy the player.
The 23-year-old Norway internationalist was previously with Molde and has also played for Stromsgodset and Udinese.
He is the club’s second signing of the summer following the recent arrival of former Hearts and Sunderland goalkeeper Craig Gordon.
Manager Ronny Deila told the Celtic website: "I’m really pleased that we have been able to add Jo to our squad. I know his qualities and I am sure he can add something new to the team.
"He is a player who will work hard and give everything to the team. I hope he can enjoy a successful time at Celtic."
Celtic play Legia Warsaw in Poland on Wednesday in the first leg of their Champions League third-round qualifier.
