Hibernian’s Alan Stubbs has today been named SPFL Championship Manager of the Month for February after his side notched up a hat-trick of league wins last month.
The Englishman edged a tight vote over city rival Robbie Neilson to land his second managerial award of the season, the first coming back in September.
In-form Hibs won 2-0 at Ibrox, defeated Dumbarton 3-0 at Easter Road and completed their 100% Championship record in February with a 1-0 victory away to Alloa.
The SPFL’s monthly awards are held in conjunction with the Scottish Football Writers’ Association, with winners voted for by members of the Scottish media.
