Falkirk closed the gap on the Championship leaders to three points thanks to a 2-0 win over Cowdenbeath at Central Park with goals from Mark Millar and Rory Loy.

The match between top two Dundee and Hamilton Accies at Dens Park was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch while, at the other end of the table, bottom club Morton earned a vital 1-0 win at Livingston thanks to a Barrie McKay goal.

Dumbarton are into the top four thanks to a 5-1 victory at Alloa. Chris Kane's double, one from the spot, Mark McLaughlin, Chris Turner and Jordan Kirkpatrick got their goals, with Kevin Cawley on target for the Wasps.

Queen of the South boosted their play-off hopes with a 1-0 win over Raith Rovers at Palmerston, where Ian McShane got the only goal.
