Ross County secured their Scottish Premiership status with a 1-0 win over Hibernian at the Global Energy Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Richie Brittain scored the only goal from the penalty spot after 63 minutes as Derek Adams' side climbed to eighth in the table.
In the night's other game, Scott Vernon hit a hat-trick as Aberdeen beat Dundee United 3-1 at Tannadice to move four points clear in second place. Sean Dillon was on target for United.
The result also means that Motherwell will join the Dons in the Europa League qualifiers in July.
