Cowdenbeath full back David Cowan, who has been missing since the first game of the season due to a hamstring injury has returned to training at Central Park.
The 30-year-old former Newcastle, Motherwell, St Johnstone, Ross County, Gretna, Dundee and Livingston player was taken off against Alloa in the Ramsdens Cup tie that opened the season back in July, however Blue Brazil boss Colin Cameron is hopeful that he will return this month.
Cameron said, “It was great to see David back in amongst things and we are looking forward to him stepping things up and getting back into our first team squad.
