Cowdenbeath have snapped up experienced midfielder Burton O'Brien, who spent last season with Alloa Athletic.
The 35-year-old has also previously played for St Mirren, Blackburn Rovers, Livingston, Sheffield Wednesday and Falkirk.
Blue Brazil boss Liam Fox has also signed teenage midfielder Lewis Moore on loan from Hearts as he prepares for the 2016/17 campaign.
