New Cowdenbeath manager Liam Fox has signed full-back Fraser Mullen, who helped East Fife win promotion last season.
The 22-year-old was previously with Hearts, Hibernian and Raith Rovers and now makes the move to Central Park.
The Blue Brazil kick off 2016/17 with a Betfred Cup tie at home to Inverness Caley Thistle on Saturday July 16.
