Deila happy with Murrayfield

Celtic take on KR Reykjavik in the second qualifying round of the Champions League at Murrayfield this evening, kick-off 7.45pm.

Ronny Deila's men hold a 1-0 advantage from the first leg and the game goes ahead at the home of Scottish rugby as Celtic Park is being used for the Commonwealth Games.

Callum McGregor's late goal makes the Premiership champions strong favourites to progress to the next round, where they will play either St Patrick's Athletic or Legia Warsaw, who are tied at 1-1.

Deila said: "It is a very good pitch. I don't think there will be any problem. The team will have the support and that is important and the pitch is perfect - so no excuses."

The new Parkhead boss is still looking to strengthen his squad and added: "We are working to try to get someone in but it has to be someone who can come straight in and do something at once."
