Ross County also maintained their 100% record with a 2-0 victory over St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park and are second on goal difference.
 
Partick Thistle are up to third place thanks to a 3-1 win against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park while Dundee won the derby match 3-0 against Dundee United at Tannadice.
 
Celtic are in fourth spot following their 1-0 victory against Dunfermline Athletic at East End Park while Falkirk were 3-0 winners against bottom club Inverness CT at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium.
 
Hibernian defeated Motherwell 3-1 at Oriam in Edinburgh and Hamilton Accies beat Hearts 1-0 at the SuperSeal Stadium.
 
The Development League East kicked off this week, with wins for Berwick Rangers, Forfar Athletic and Stirling Albion while Ayr United and Queen of the South got off to winning starts in the Development League West, with the other games drawn.
