Aberdeen and St Johnstone are bidding to overhaul first-leg deficits in the third qualifying round of the Europa League this evening.
The Dons face Real Sociedad at a sold-out Pittodrie, having lost 2-0 in Spain a week ago, while St Johnstone trail 2-1 ahead of their meeting with Spartak Trnava in Slovakia.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes told the club website: "It's half-time in the tie and they have a big advantage but 2-0 in any game is still a result you are never totally comfortable with if you are winning at half-time.
"It’s important that the first goal is an Aberdeen goal. If they score, it makes it a massive job for us but if we can get it, hopefully the momentum change can help us."
St Johnstone striker Steven MacLean said: "We've been to Rosenborg, we've been to Minsk and we've been to Luzern and got good results.
"The difference was in those games we were away from home first and never really pushed for a second goal but we know we've got the team to score goals."
