Stevie Aitken's side prevailed 2-1 against the Welsh champions thanks to stunning second-half goals from Danny Handling and substitute Dimitris Froxylias at Park Hall Stadium.
The Sons will now play Inverness Caley Thistle or Crusaders in the final on the weekend of March 24/25 as they aim to win the trophy for the first time.
