East Fife boss Gary Naysmith has made former Brechin defender Ewan Moyes his latest signing.
The Bayview club have already brought in Alan Cook, Jon McShane and Allan Walker following their relegation to League 2.
Moyes, 24, has also played for Hibernian, Livingston and Arbroath and left Glebe Park at the end of the season.
