East Fife have added Fraser Mullen to their squad on a one-year deal following his release from Raith Rovers.
The 20-year-old full-back has also played for both Hearts and Hibernian and Bayview boss Gary Naysmith said: “I am delighted to bring Fraser to East Fife.
“He has picked up some experience in his career already and he can build on that here.”
