Ayr United have signed striker Farid El Alagui following his recent departure from Ladbrokes Championship rivals Dunfermline Athletic.
The 31-year-old, who is cup-tied for Saturday's game against Clyde, can also count Falkirk, Brentford, Dundee United and Hibernian among his former clubs.
Ayr boss Ian McCall told their club website: "It’s a deal we have been working on for some time and we are delighted to get it finalised.
“Dunfermline offered him a new deal but Farid wanted more game time and chose to look elsewhere. He is the kind of striker I have been looking for - big, strong and aggressive."
