Elgin City have announced the signings of striker Calum Ferguson and experienced midfielder Jon Paul McGovern.
Ferguson was previously with Inverness Caley Thistle and moves to Borough Briggs after a spell with Albion Rovers.
McGovern was most recently with Clyde and can count Sheffield Wednesday, Swindon Town, Carlisle United and Ayr United among his former clubs.
